Typisch bei Flügeltastaturen ist die leichtere Gewichtung bei den hohen Tönen und die schwerere Gewichtung bei den tiefen Tönen. Umgekehrt hat eine normale Tastatur einen gleichbleibenden Druckwiderstand, egal ob der Spieler einen harten oder weichen Anschlag hat. Lange Zeit war dies der Hauptunterschied zwischen einem akustischen Flügel und einem Digitalpiano. Doch bei der Entwicklung der GrandTouch- Tastatur versuchte Yamaha den wahren Tastenwiderstand zu reproduzieren, der für einen Flügel so einzigartig ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein Instrument mit einerm ansprechenderen Spielgefühl und einer größeren Dynamik als je zuvor. Jetzt können Sie einen viel kontrollierteren, nuancierten Klang erleben, wenn Sie leise spielen oder mächtige, hellere Töne bei einem härteren Anschlag - genauso wie bei einem Flügel.
